The Customs House Waterfront Hotel, award winning Restaurant is open seven days a week, for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Except Christmas Day. It seats 100 people and is available for individual and group bookings.

Breakfast Mon – Fri from 7am – 10am,
Sat – Sun from 7am – 11am, and public holidays from 8am – 10am
Lunch Sun-Sat from 12.00pm – 2.30pm
Dinner Sun – Thurs 6.00pm – 9.00pm
Fri – Sat 6.00pm-9.30pm

The Customs House Hotel Restaurant is well known for it’s seafood dishes especially our scallops. We also have a wide selection of wines appropriate to accompany any of our meals.

Our chef ALEX and his staff at the hotel prepare meals with the freshest of produce, bought locally; mussels & scallops from Triabunna on Tasmania’s East Coast, and our fish is bought from the fishermen on Constitution dock. All vegetables,bread and meat are also bought locally, in Hobart and delivered daily to the hotel.

Customs House Hotel is one of the oldest Hobart Hotels which still offers beer, food and accommodation in a great waterfront location. Over the years it has been renovated to a high standard while still maintaining the original integrity of the building.
