Dan Vandermeer has long been on a quest to find his true artistic identity, a quest that has taken him from studying jazz guitar at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music to gigging six nights a week in Toronto, Canada to soul searching amongst the isolated Tasmanian wilderness. After moving to Hobart, Dan continued to hone his live performance skills in 2015 by playing over three-hundred solo acoustic gigs in two years and developing a strong local following. In January 2017 Dan took a break from performing and dedicated the next five months to writing and recording his long awaited debut EP (released July 1st).
